Meet the owner
Fresh Pawz has been open since 2017, but the passion behind it started much earlier.
I began working in grooming at 18 after years of taking in strays, bathing them, and doing my best with whatever tools I had. After working in several shops, I wanted to create a place where pets were never treated like a number.
I’m a mother, wife, Christian, and proud pet mom. I continue learning through Master Groomer lessons and dog behavior classes so every pet receives skilled, patient care.
Grooming is my passion and calling. I do every groom with my whole heart, and I believe in always improving. My goal is to make grooming less stressful for pets and more comforting for the families who trust me with them.
No. All grooming services are performed at our salon at 3502 Slide Rd, Suite A-18.
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM. Appointments are prioritized, so booking ahead is recommended.
Most grooms take about 4–6 hours depending on coat, size, temperament, and services. A $25 ASAP option is available when you need the groom completed as quickly and safely as possible.
Owners cannot wait in the grooming area because many pets become excited or stressed when they sense their person nearby. Please wait until we contact you for pickup. We can provide updates or FaceTime when possible.
Please remove and take home collars, leashes, harnesses, clothing, bows, bandanas, and accessories so nothing is lost, mixed up, or damaged.
Pets must be current on required vaccines. We currently have restrictions for Chows; please call before booking if you have questions.
Yes. We offer professional grooming services for cats.
Yes. We offer creative grooming, including dog-safe dye services.
We use high-quality professional shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and grooming products selected for skin, coat, comfort, and safety.
Salon policies
We provide a calm, cruelty-free, low-stress experience with closely monitored kennel care, premium professional products, and patient, safety-focused handling. If a pet becomes too stressed or cannot be groomed safely, we stop—comfort always wins over vanity. Updates or FaceTime are available when possible.
If treatment is needed, we must handle it immediately to protect your pet and the salon. We’ll contact you with updates.
We’ll call before continuing. Matting can affect the haircut, time, comfort, and final price.
We’ll call if coat condition, behavior, extra time, or added services change the expected price.
We won’t trim them unless requested. Tell us at drop-off so we can note your preference.
